Key Responsibilities :
- Process Improvement : Design and implement innovative processes to enhance safety, environmental impact, and cost efficiency.
- Team Leadership : Lead a team of process engineers and rotational program participants, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Project Oversight : Manage process engineering projects, from small capital expenditures to major plant trials, ensuring seamless commissioning and execution.
- Production Support : Audit and troubleshoot existing processes, propose enhancements, and establish manufacturing standards.
- DCS Management : Oversee the Emerson Delta V Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring cybersecurity, system updates, and operational excellence.
