Production Quality Control Manager

Pave Talent's client is a leading manufacturer of personal care products in Ottawa, IL. We are seeking a skilled Production Quality Control Manager to oversee quality control operations and ensure compliance with strict quality standards.

The successful candidate will supervise a team of quality assurance staff, implement quality control procedures, and collaborate with other departments to improve processes.

• Supervise and lead Quality Assurance teams across three shifts, providing guidance, training, and support for professional growth
• Ensure complete understanding and implementation of AQL principles throughout the quality team
• Effectively allocate resources to meet production deadlines and quality standards, including creating and executing rework plans
