Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality standards for products and services, including specifications and testing procedures.
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 40 people, including direct reports (QC Supervisor, Lab Supervisor, Sr. Validation Engineer, and Micro Team Lead).
- Ensure the organization's Quality Management System is robust and conforms to customer requirements, internal cGMP, ISO9001, and regulatory/legal standards.
- Work with customers to develop product requirements and ensure their needs are met.
