Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Knowledge: Interact with system architects, hardware and software engineers, and project managers to maintain expert knowledge in energy storage systems.
- System DFMEAs: Participate in system DFMEAs (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Test Execution: Execute integration and verification tests alongside architects and developers.
- Test Specifications: Create detailed test specifications based on system requirements.
- Method Development: Develop methods and tools for efficient and dependable test execution.
- Documentation: Document validation test results and communicate status and risks to management.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek improvements in safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: BS Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 years of experience in system validation or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Experience with DC systems (1-10 kW) and troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical products.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
- Additional Expertise: Experience with test automation and battery management systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under time constraints.
