As Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for growing sales within an assigned territory covering Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Nevada. This role offers :

Auto Stipend Summary π
Bi-weekly payment : $310 per pay period (totaling approximately $8,060 per year)Additional vehicle benefits :All fuel costs covered (both business and personal use)Oil changes paid for by the companyAnnual vehicle maintenance allowance of $3,500Lifetime tire allowance of $3,000 (up to $800 per set of tires)26 car washes annually (up to $15 each)Insurance deductible coverage of $1,000 per incidentVehicle requirements : The company requires employees to use vehicles that are under 10 years old with fewer than 200,000 miles.Key Responsibilities π
Maintain existing customer relationships through regular site visits and meetings with senior plant management and decision-making stakeholdersIntroduce specific equipment solutions to existing and potential new customersParticipate in all phases of the sales cycle including equipment installation, testing, and commissioningDevelop an effective travel schedule to cover the sales territoryPrepare sales presentations, written reports, and cover letters for quotations, test and purchase agreementsAttend and participate in sales meetings, company training seminars, industry association meetings, and trade showsMaintain knowledge on competition, competitive issues, and marketsPrepare and submit territory sales forecasts as requiredMaintain accurate records of customer-related communications and activitiesSubmit appropriate product and machine questionnaires with each projectQualifications π
Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or food scienceMinimum of 5 years' experience in capital equipment salesKnowledge of our client's technology or similar productsExperience in negotiating capital equipment in a B2B environmentStrong active listening and communication skillsAbility to influence others effectivelyExperience with business intelligence, data analysis software, and CRM softwareProven track record in achieving budgeted sales targetsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWork Environment & Schedule ποΈ
