As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our paving and construction projects. From pre-planning to final close-out, you'll be the glue that holds everything together—coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and communicating with key stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do
- Project Setup & Documentation – Organize project files, collect required documentation (COIs, W-9s), and ensure all contracts are in place before kickoff.
- Pre-Construction Planning – Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and ensure everyone is aligned before work begins.
- Project Coordination & Execution – Track progress, manage reports, and maintain seamless communication with contractors and vendors.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication – Act as the go-to person for updates, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project.
- Close-Out & Compliance – Compile final documentation, verify project completion, and assist with post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software (Procore, Buildertrend).
Nice-to-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4 years of project coordination experience, preferably in paving or construction.
- Familiarity with cost estimation, procurement, and resource planning.
