THE BASICS
Pay: We offer a competitive pay range of $21 - $26 per hour.
Schedule: As a full-time Asphalt Paving Crew Leader, you'll enjoy a dynamic work schedule with varied hours, mostly during the day. However, flexibility is key as night and weekend shifts are required. Weather constraints may sometimes necessitate longer shifts, ensuring that every project meets our high standards.

YOUR DAY AS AN ASPHALT PAVING CREW LEADER
Each day, you will lead your team in performing essential asphalt repair and re-paving tasks, ensuring parking lots are maintained to perfection. You'll oversee and coordinate the crew, managing team dynamics to achieve smooth operations and top-quality results. From operating skid steers, milling tools, pavers, seal coating, and line-striping, your expertise will shine through. Your role will be pivotal in problem-solving and adapting to challenges, driving the success of every project.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ASPHALT PAVING CREW LEADER
- 2 years of experience in paving and parking lot maintenance
- Proficiency in operating skid steers, milling tools, pavers, and rollers or compactors
- Hands-on experience in asphalt repair, light paving, seal coating, and line striping
- In-depth knowledge and experience in asphalt paving techniques and processes
