We are looking for an IT Sr. Project Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience, and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.
Salary: $105K-$120k Bonus Program
Proven working experience as an IT Sr. Project Manager or relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Expertise in data center management and data governance
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
Ability to manage personnel
BS in Computer Science, MIS, or similar field

- Manage information technology systems, including planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating IT and electronic data operations.
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, complex IT projects, such as security installations and server maintenance, ensuring compliance with quality assurance and regulatory standards.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including developing detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and task assignments, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage IT staff through recruitment, training, and coaching, setting job expectations, appraising performance, and addressing personnel needs.
- Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems, and implement strategic solutions to identify and resolve problematic areas.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and business units to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure expectations are met through clear communication.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets, provide post-business hour support, and coordinate system updates, optimizing performance and minimizing downtime.
- Design, develop, and implement IT systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with user needs and contributing to organizational policy.
- Manage the Viewpoint and B2W applications, overseeing updates and resolving issues to improve efficiency.
- Handle onboarding and termination processes for departments, including account creation, device management, and security setup/removal.
- Prepare and deliver status reports covering project progress, budgets, risks, and key outcomes, and work with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Perform administrative tasks such as submitting receipts, tracking expenses, ordering hardware, and managing inventory.
- Handle the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
