Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, onsite superintendents, and project vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Utilize customer portals to streamline administrative tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Update the CRM to reflect accurate and reportable data for ongoing projects.
• Gather close-out documents to create close-out packages and participate in bidding events.
