What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asphalt Paving Construction Equipment Operator position at Pavement Solutions?
Pavement Solutions, LLC is looking to add asphalt laborers to our field crew as soon as possible. We service commercial, residential, and industrial properties across the United States. We are focused on continued growth and are looking for motivated individuals, looking to advance their career.
Daily responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Operate asphalt construction equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers
- May be required to perform other laborer/operator-related tasks (based on experience, abilities, and knowledge) as necessary in assisting the crew with job completion
- CDL license is a plus, but is not required
Job Requirements:
- Experience with operating pavers, rollers, and skid steers
- Capable of wearing a hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves
- Working long shifts with non-standard break times
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Pass pre-employment physical with 50 lb. lift test
