Asphalt Road Construction Laborer and Operator

This laborer/operator position involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery, performing routine maintenance tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our construction projects.

• Demonstrate expertise in operating pavers, rollers, and other heavy equipment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

A CDL license is considered an asset but not a requirement for this role.
