Key Accountabilities:
- Manage project documentation, reports, and photos to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Approve change orders, invoices, and percent complete reports on projects.
- Communicate with subcontractors, onsite superintendents, and project vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide effective customer service and communicate clearly with customers.
- Utilize customer portals to streamline administrative tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Update the CRM to reflect accurate and reportable data for ongoing projects.
- Participate in bidding events and gather close-out documents to create close-out packages.
