What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader position at Paver Restoration Inc.?
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Crew Lead to take charge of our paver restoration, repair, and installation team. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong background in cleaning pavers, joint sanding, sealing, paver repair, and installation, but also possess exceptional leadership qualities to effectively manage and guide the team.
- Oversee and coordinate daily activities of the crew members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and safety protocols related to paver restoration and installation
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Inspect work sites to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions regarding the project
