About the Role:
The hours of the role are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional overtime as needed.
As an Inventory Control Specialist with Pavestone you are responsible for:
- Managing Company Inventory and Providing Corrective Action for Inventory Issues
- Entering Daily Manufactured Production into a JDE System
- Maintaining Mold Data, Availability, Codes, Serial Numbers, and Cycles on a Daily Basis
- Month End Data and Cost Control
- Count Sheets, Tag Entry, and Evaluating Stock Levels
- Reporting Sales Trend Data and Submitting Monthly Production Schedules to the General Manager
- Oversight of our Yard Forklift Drivers
- Optimizing Organizational Efficiency
About You:
The ideal candidate will be have:
- 3-5 years of experience in Inventory Management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in lean manufacturing, Kanban, and kaizen continuous improvements processes
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess excellent personal organization and business administration skills
Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive while under pressure maintaining attention to detail and quality
Possess the ability to learn, improve, and adapt
MS Office applications- Outlook, Excel, Word
- AS/400 software a plus, specifically Oracle’s JD Edwards

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
