Responsibilities Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing and supervising the nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care are provided.
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of resident care, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to nursing staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical outcomes, and implement best practices to enhance resident care.
- Ensure all nursing practices adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Qualifications Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Nursing management experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
