Responsibilities Interim Administrator:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external partners to enhance resident care and services.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and resident satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents, their families, or staff.
Qualifications Interim Administrator:
- Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Experience managing budgets and financial operations.
