Pavilion of Bridgeview is seeking a Restorative Services Aide to join their team! The Restorative Services Aide assists in the planning, implementation and evaluation of recreational, physical, emotional and psychosocial programs in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan. At this facility, this is a collectively bargained position under the union.
Restorative Services Aide Duties and Responsibilities :
- Implements activity programming as planned and assigned to meet the functional levels, needs and interests of each resident.
- Assists residents to and from activity programs and outings.
- Maintains good rapport with family members and encourages family support in programs.
- Provides input to the assessment and evaluation of the resident’s participation when requested.
- Communicates a resident’s concerns and responses to interventions to immediate supervisor.
- Supports a resident’s individual needs, preferences, customary routines and choices.
- All other duties, as assigned.
