- Position Priorities: Memorize the BIGGBY COFFEE Position Priorities and stay in your assigned position until you are reassigned.
- Knowledgeable of menus and recipes
- Recipes: Memorize and follow flavor rules for all beverages. Follow proper beverage-making procedures.
- Prepare and serve hot, iced, and frozen beverages such as lattes, crème freezes, tea, and mocktails.
- Understanding of the menu and various beverage and food offerings and customization options.
- Able to help customers build their unique order through upselling.
- Prepares and serves food such as bragel sandwiches, bagels, muffins, etc.
- Recipes: Memorize and follow flavor rules for all beverages. Follow proper beverage-making procedures.
- Create a welcoming environment for all customers
- Engage customers in an enthusiastic and genuine manner.
- Maintain higher energy levels than the customers being served.
- Maintain proper cash handling and store cleanliness procedures.
- Ensure customer items, such as sugars, mugs, and gift cards, are properly stocked.
- Clean and sanitize delivery counter and lobby.
- Ring in, receive, and close out customer’s orders following proper cash handling procedures.
- Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Looking for an energetic, friendly, upbeat, and enthusiastic person able to perform multiple tasks, follow directions, and have good cash handling and cleanliness skills.
- Must be able to complete the New Barista Training Program.
- Available to work at least 10 hours a week and available on weekends.
