Pavillon is seeking a full time Admissions Intake Specialist - join the Pavillon team and be a part of a dedicated and talented multidisciplinary group of professionals who are committed to providing the highest quality addiction treatment services and support!
The Intake Specialist provides professional representation of Pavillon and is often of the first contact with potential clients. The Intake Specialist is responsible for assisting potential patients through the entire admissions process including, referral contact, family contact, screening assessment, financial planning, insurance verification and certification, and orientation and admittance of patients into the program.
Education Requirements: Prefer BS or BA in a Human Services Field
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of experience in the chemical dependency field is preferred.
- Peer Support Specialist Certification and/or Recovery Coach experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with general office procedures is preferred.
