Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Application Engineer to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Initial programming, hardening, and configuring Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Systems
- Verifying devices at customer sites
- Troubleshooting network issues and resolving them with customers
- Configuring servers on different operating systems
- Installing and maintaining software on both internal and customer-supplied servers
- Software support for Field Technicians
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years experience in Application Engineering or IT
- Experienced in Lenel
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in and knowledge of the following systems:
- Lenel (Required)
- Milestone
- Bosch
- AMAG
- Software House
- Kantech
- Exacq
- CCDA, CCNA & MSCE are preferred. In addition, Limited Energy LEA, MCSE and manufacture training certificates are desired.
