What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Specialist position at Pavion?
Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our security business unit.
This is an entry-level position on our Sales Operations team, in-office in Cranston, RI.
Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Sales Team and Client Executive to manage customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and ensure that customer information is up to date

Provide support for our Service and Sales Teams including, but not limited to utilization of quoting tools, pricing proposals, and service projects

Assist with Service and Software Maintenance contract validation, manufacturer engagement and renewal pipeline management

Process and manage sales orders in a timely and accurate manner

Work with internal departments, including Service Coordination and Business Operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing and invoicing

Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service

Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvements and customer issues
- Provide Sales Team and Client Executive support by preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and assisting with special projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to learn sales processes and order management systems

Ability to work with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Salesforce or similar CRM software

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000
