Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sr AR Associate to join our integration business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review Job Set Up Form to ensure all necessary billing information has been provided
- Manage timely billing of Progress and AIA Billing
- Set up billing lines, invoice layout, build SOV's
- Interact with PM Bi-Monthly to determine monthly billing
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries
- Attend daily Staff Meeting
- Audit jobs to reconcile billing discrepancies
- Generate changes to customer/job card to ensure billing data is correct in system
- Generate reporting as necessary
- Submit invoices via various customer portals, as necessary
- Resolve complex billing issues
- Submit documents to be notarized
- Assist Collections
- Assist with Job Setup
- Process change orders
- State Tax calculations
- Upload schedule of values
- Preparation of stored materials, certified payroll, and vendor waiver documentation
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central required
- Extreme attention to detail
- Knowledge of standard billing practices
- Knowledge of pay apps and AIA forms required
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Strong computational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Problem solving ability
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity of various customer billing portals
- Ability to generate templates, reports, V Lookup, and pivot tables in Excel
- College Degree Preferred or 3-5 years of commensurate experience
- Strong verbal and written English skills
