Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production goals with a focus on Auto Insurance.
- Cross-sell Home, Condo, Renter, Motorcycle, Landlord, Umbrella, and more using auto insurance leads.
- Build relationships through referral networking, potential client lists, and lead sources.
- Understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Contact prospective customers using VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and texting technology.
- Maintain phone time or sales quotas as set by management.
- Generate new business leads through referrals, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases using a lead management tool.
Requirements
- Preferred: Property & Casualty insurance license
- Candidate must be willing to obtain license
- Must reside in California.
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle customer rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Adaptability to change, quick learning, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Beneficial: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
