What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care position at Paw Prints Veterinary Clinic?
Paw Prints Veterinary Clinic is a fast-paced veterinary clinic dedicated to serving the community with high quality/high volume spay/neuter, low-cost wellness services, and other surgeries as needed. We are looking for professional, motivated people who love helping families and their pets.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients, in person and on the telephone
Communicating information to clients, and from clients to other staff members; providing general information about scheduling, medical questions, prescriptions, etc.
Invoicing clients and taking payments; communicating with clients about the cost of care and payments
Using the computer and practice management software system; we are going paperless and use computers extensively to keep track of patients
Educating clients about preventative care, post-surgical care, and other pet care issues
Paw Prints is a fast-paced, growing clinic currently open 4 days a week. We strive to provide the best care we can for pets and their families, and to help as many people as possible. Our staff is caring, dedicated, and works well together; we are looking for people who want to join a cohesive team. We would like to hire for full-time work, but are willing to consider part time positions.
