What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dog Groomer position at Paws 4 Play?

Paws 4 Play is a dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility with a large clientele, and we are currently searching for an experienced dog groomer. The ideal candidate would have the proper training and experience with grooming dogs of all breeds and sizes. Groomer would be responsible for:
-Grooming any dog that needs a bath or groom, including daycare and boarding clients who make an appointment for grooming
-Maintaining a clean grooming area (including kennels and bath tub)
-Walking the grooming dogs as needed
-Maintaining positive relationships with the owners of all grooming dogs
-Providing your own grooming tools (clippers, scissors, brushes, etc.) We provide grooming table, shampoo, and all necessary dryers
The salary for this position will vary depending on how busy we are week to week. Groomers receive 50% commission and keep all of the tips that clients leave for groomer. Please DO NOT apply for this position unless you have EXPERIENCE grooming dogs, as we do not provide on the job training.
