What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Paws on the Duck?
A family business where other's pets are our passion and focus. This position is focused on the customer experience of both the fur babies and their owners. A love of both people and pets is a must. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service and a positive team attitude. This is a fast paced work environment with lots of opportunity to learn all parts of the business.
Responsibilities and Duties
-Excellent customer service both in person and on the phone
-Following practice guidelines for recommendations to clients
-Scheduling of appointments
-Checking-in clients
-Checking-out clients
-Accepting payments
-Handling multiple phone lines
-Maintaining a clean and organized work station and client waiting room
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
