We are looking for a hardworking and compassionate veterinary receptionist to join our team.
Summary
You must be proficient in using computer systems. Experience with Pulse Software is a plus.
We are an affordable high-volume veterinary clinic whose mission is to alleviate over-population and suffering by spaying and neutering and offering various other medical procedures.
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be essential in providing outstanding customer service and support to pet owners while ensuring the smooth operation of the veterinary clinic. Your premium customer service skills will enhance the clinic's efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and their pets upon arrival at the veterinary clinic.
- Answer a high volume of phone calls efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
- Process payments and manage medical collections as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Provide information on services offered by the clinic.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
