Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing station, waste removal, recycling, and linens
- Ensure that all clean wares are stored in appropriate areas
- Lead the receiving and distribution of Culinary daily orders
- Manage the set-up of various events and inventory.
- Responsible for upholding our standards for stored equipment and its usage
- Oversee and assist in the set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of all function spaces.
- Assist in the Food & Beverage operations
- Follow and practice safe food handling procedures, as well as safety procedures in the kitchen
- Break down cardboard boxes and place them and other recyclables in the recycle bin
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Complete other tasks assigned by our Food & Beverage Management Team
- Supervise a team of Stewards and Event Crew to meet deadlines and daily assignments
- Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to receiving and distributing daily orders, washing and organizing dishes/equipment, set-up of various events, and inventory
- Identify unusable product and communicate with our Chefs for resolutions

Handles administrative work and keeps updated files on the following:
- Standards
- Training
- Outlets
- Meetings
- Miscellaneous
- Assists F&B Management in setting goals and developing strategies, policies, and procedures
- Determines the minimum/maximum par levels and controls all materials and equipment
- Communicates purchasing needs with F&B Management
- May require additional responsibilities as the value in this position increases

- Display hospitality and professionalism to our guests and team members at all times, take pride in representing Paws Up professionally with our guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal, ethical, and confidential manner.

- Contribute to a safe working environment, through compliance with established safety guidelines, identifying potential hazards and reporting the same to the appropriate person for proper resolution.
- Always maintain a clean and neat appearance.
Looking for team members with:
- High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work
- 2-4 years Food & Beverage experience required
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Display a sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, kitchen/resort guidelines, SOPs, and other relevant documents
- Enjoy the challenge of effectively managing multiple tasks without sacrificing quality
- Work flexible hours
- Strong knowledge of kitchen/restaurant safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to operate dishwashing machine
- Knowledge of world class hospitality and service
- Valid Montana Food Handler’s License
- Valid State Driver’s License
