Position:
Paws Up is seeking to add a Town Runner to our team. The role of the Town Runner is to assist the Warehouse department in the daily operation of the department and delivery and pick up of mail and packages to guests and other departments.

The Primary Functions are:
- Pick up mail items, products and items for guests and other departments using a company-provided vehicle in the Missoula area.
- Adhere to a pick-up schedule determined by supervisor, which includes leaving promptly in the morning as well as making all scheduled stops in a timely fashion.
- Organize paperwork for daily pickups in town.
- Ability to properly respond to emails and other forms of communication
- Load and unload the company vehicle upon departure and arrival at the purchasing warehouse.
- Fulfillment and delivery of items ordered through the On-Property Requisition Center.
- Conduct self in a professional manner while in town dealing with various vendors as a representative of Paws Up Montana.
- Putting deliveries away in an organized fashion.
- Deliver packages to appropriate departments as needed.
- Prepare packages for shipping.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the warehouse and all inventory pulled forward as time allows.
- Assist with and execute all tasks as assigned by supervisor.

- Display hospitality and professionalism to our guests and team members at all times, take pride in representing The Resort at Paws Up professionally with our guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal, ethical, and confidential manner.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Resort team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
- Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
Looking for Team Members with:
- High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related coursework
- Physical ability to stand, sit, move, squat, walk and climb during the shift
- Physical ability to lift to 50 pounds or more
- Valid driver’s license with ability to meet company driving insurance policy
