What are the responsibilities and job description for the Turndown Attendant position at Paws Up Montana?

The Primary Functions are:
- Refresh luxury homes, glamping tents, and other accommodations by removing trash, replenishing towels, wash dishes, clean and tidy areas, replace amenities, turndown beds and place the accommodation in turndown status.
- Ensure all homes and rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Operate within various housekeeping teams to achieve an exceptional level of efficiency and quality as they relate to housekeeping and turndown services.
- Follow assigned turndown instructions and meet deadlines.
- Stock homes, tents, and/or areas with all necessary supplies while continuously keeping all work areas clean and organized.
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace appropriately.
- Converse with the guests at a high level, being aware of their needs and fulfill special guest requests as instructed by management or the guest directly.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of visited rooms/homes.
- Assist in public area cleaning, home, and camp cleaning or any assignment requested.
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including but not limited to, sweeping; scrubbing; mopping, polishing; vacuuming; and shampooing.
- Responsible for keeping all work areas and vans cleaned and organized.
- Turn in items found in homes, camps or public areas to Housekeeping Management or the Lost and Found Department.
- Maintain direct contact with front desk and maintenance during shift; Report any problems or repairs needed.
- Report all problems and maintenance repairs using correct procedures.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times.
- Maintain flexible hours to accommodate guest needs, due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry; Position requires full availability including evenings, weekends, holidays or as needed.
Preferred Availability:
We are currently seeking candidates who are available for evening shifts. Our ideal candidate would be able to commit to working during the hours of 1-9pm. Additionally, we are looking for individuals who can commence employment within the next month.
Looking for Team Members with:
- High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work
- Previous general cleaning experience
- Proven customer services skills, communication skills, and organizational skills
- Valid State Driver’s License with two years driving experience
- Availability for evening shifts
- Ability to start within the next month
