We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist / Pet Bather to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival.
- Answer phone calls and respond to texts in a professional and timely manner.
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and handle basic administrative tasks.
- Schedule and confirm grooming, daycare, and boarding appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets’ needs.
- Assist in bathing, drying, and brushing pets as required.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Collaborate with groomer when necessary to address any specific pet care needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in animal care or handling is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dog handling techniques and animal behavior.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with pet owners.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting pets and standing for extended periods.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their welfare.
- Fluent in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
