Responsible for providing direct services to patients and their families, including individual, group, and family therapy while also providing Clinical Supervision to assigned Therapists.
In collaboration with treatment team staff, the LCSW or LPC Therapist/Clinical
Supervisor ensures quality of care provided to patients in an outpatient treatment setting, according to patient’s needs and level of care.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain a caseload of clients in addition to supervision.
- Receive, review and promptly respond to supervisee referrals upon assignment of the supervisee.
- Conduct Individual and Group Supervision in accordance with the regulations of the state in which the supervision is being rendered.
- Complete and keep on file all paperwork associated with the regulations for each type of supervision provided.
- Coordinate with treatment team to ensure effective delivery of a full spectrum of clinical services.
- Attend staff development and general staff meetings
- Attend staff and clinical trainings
- Ensure cohesion of all services documented within the clinical chart
- Facilitate supervisee’s communication with Medical Director
- Participate in and attend supervision/consultation with Clinical Director
- Ensure supervisee’s collaboration with members of the multi-disciplinary group.
- Comply with local, state and federal confidentiality laws and regulations
- Collaborate with professionals both within and outside the agency
- Demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences
- Abide by PAX Health code of ethics and model values
- Qualifications:
- Must be able to communicate with patients and staff members through various forms of communication, including email, phone
- Computer literacy is required. Must be able to use Word, Excel, etc. Experience on current EHR is a plus.
- Current license to practice independently in the state in which the program is located
- Supervisory credential if required by the state in which the supervision is being rendered.
- Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field AND:
- Substance Use credential is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $90.00 per hour
