ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive product launch strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless introductions of new products.
  • Analyze product, consumer, and market data to identify opportunities for category growth.
  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Brief internal teams and external partners to create multi-channel creative and content assets.
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to assess the effectiveness of product marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate with Hardware and Software product teams to influence and align on the product roadmap.
  • Research and synthesize key technology and competitive trends to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Lead the creative and communication strategy for in-app channels, including notifications and CRM.
  • Ensure all branding aligns with legal and compliance requirements across all channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8 years experience at a consumer product business or agency
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well in a team environment
  • Strong collaborative nature and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in using data and insights to tell a compelling story
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience working in a regulated industry preferred

  • COMPENSATION

    In addition to the benefits above, this role has a pay range between $170-200k equity. This pay range represents what we believe, in good faith, this role will pay. The final pay will depend on many factors, including years and depth of experience, level, and location of the employee. We only expect to pay the top of the range in rare and exceptional circumstances, for candidates that far exceed the requirements and expectations of the position.
