Brass Production and Assembly Technician

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with brass production processes including but not limited to drilling, cutting, threading, graining, buffing, oxidizing.
• Parts picking, order preparation, and shipping logistics including crate building.
• Luminaire assembly in accordance with UL standards.
• Contribute to the documentation and oversight of implementing Pax’s safety standards.

Required Skills:

• This is an entry level position

We’ll train you but it’s incredibly helpful if you have some experience with:

• Exceptional attention to detail in maintaining consistency in finishes.
• Ability to work independently while embracing teamwork.
• Excellent time management and the ability to honor production deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Strong commitment to maintaining safety standards.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, essential for precise, detailed work.
