What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with brass production processes including but not limited to drilling, cutting, threading, graining, buffing, oxidizing.
- Parts picking, order preparation, and shipping logistics including crate building.
- Luminaire assembly in accordance with UL standards.
- Contribute to the documentation and oversight of implementing Pax’s safety standards.
Required Skills:
- This is an entry level position
We’ll train you but it’s incredibly helpful if you have some experience with:
- Exceptional attention to detail in maintaining consistency in finishes.
- Ability to work independently while embracing teamwork.
- Excellent time management and the ability to honor production deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Strong commitment to maintaining safety standards.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, essential for precise, detailed work.
