PAX Program of Academic Exchange is seeking commission-based independent contractors to connect international high school students with host families and local schools. - Compensation: Pay is commission-based (no upfront pay) with bonuses and travel incentives. You’re compensated per completed student placement, with small stipends provided throughout the year.
- Flexibility: Your income depends on the number of students your local schools accept and the time you dedicate. Coordinators typically place 3–6 students annually but may place as few as 1 or as many as 10 .
