What we're looking for
Are you ready to shape the future of employee experiences at Pax8? This is a HYBRID role and you will need to live in or near our HQ in DENVER CO ️ as you will be expected to be in the office to connect and collaborate with corporate leadership and colleagues as and when required
This s a brand-new, exciting position We need an Inclusion and Impact Director who will lead the development and implementation of global strategies to enhance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) while driving meaningful social impact.
As we continue our rapid growth , this role will champion internal and external DEI and Social Impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with Pax8's mission and business goals.
As the Inclusion Impact Director, you'll be a star advocate for our Inclusion and Impact (I&I) strategy, collaborate across cross-functional teams, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and regional partners to embed an inclusive culture throughout our organization. Additionally, you will serve as a spokesperson for Pax8's DEIB efforts, engaging with executive leadership, the press, industry groups, and community organizations.
How you'll make an impact
- Develop and execute global strategies to advance inclusion, equity, and social responsibility within Pax8 and its extended network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ERGs and regional leadership, to integrate DEIB initiatives into business operations.
- Serve as an internal and external advocate for Pax8's I&I strategy, engaging with executive leaders, industry stakeholders, media, and community partners ️.
- Drive measurable social impact programs that align with Pax8's values and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with DEIB-related regulations and best practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of DEIB initiatives and social impact programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.
- Personally manage our Rural Empowerment economic development program at the Emergent Campus in Florence, CO.
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture that supports diverse talent recruitment, retention, and career development.
What you'll bring
Proven experience in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Impact leadership, preferably in a global- or multi-regional organization.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with a track record of delivering measurable business value through DEIB and social impact initiatives.

- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with dotted-line collaboration.
- Knowledge of DEIB regulations, best practices, and industry trends.

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $132,000 to $165,000, or more depending on experience.
