JOB TYPE : Full Time
LOCATION : These positions will be on-site throughout California; no relocation assistance is available for this position.
COMPENSATION : $45 - $57 per hour / Non-Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY : Our Certified Arborists will be responsible for assisting our client with conducting audits to assess completed work and facilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to : (Disclaimer : The lists below are not all inclusive)
- Conduct audits on completed Vegetation Management work.
- Review audit samples as scheduled.
- Documents and communicate results and findings immediately upon completed assignment.
- Perform compliance and control testing, audits, or other validation processes and analyze risk or compliance metrics.
- Respond to regulatory data requests and audits when requested.
- Returns incomplete records to originator or Supervisor for correction and ensures all records and findings are maintained for potential future audits.
- Directs internal inspection quality audit efforts.
- Verify reports, audit documentation, and validate content in database / risk register.
- Performs and oversees compliance and control testing, audits, or other validation processes and analyzes risk or compliance metrics.
- Participates in or may lead root cause analysis exercises.
- May respond to regulatory data requests, investigations, audits, and other inquiries.
