Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality ingredients are available.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
Experience
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and hospitality best practices.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
