Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide complete and accurate information to customer using product knowledge and established processes
- Assist in material selection
- Provide in home measure for prices
- Complete contract signoffs with customers
- Complete customer follow-ups
- Enter data into our computer program
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to physically and legally operate a motor vehicle
- Must be able to perform frequent wrist, hand or finger movements 7 hours per day
- Must be able to frequently sit and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings required
- Construction background preferred
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft office, word and excel required
- Have courteous and helpful attitude towards customer service
- Responsive, energetic and results oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in fast paced working environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a team player with the ability to focus on client fulfillment.
- Self-directed and capable of staying on tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to adjust on the go.
- Self-motivated, highly motivated, and Intuitive-wise.
Additional Information
If an offer of employment is extended, it will be conditional upon successful clearance of a background check and drug screen for illegal substances.
Salary : $29,000 - $60,000
