Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy options and benefits.
- Analyze client information and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate new business leads.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Negotiate terms of insurance policies with clients while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist clients with benefits administration and policy renewals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice.
Experience
- Previous experience in telemarketing, retail sales, or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service background with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience in negotiating contracts or agreements is a plus.
- Familiarity with benefits administration is advantageous.
