What We're Looking For : Customer service representatives who actively engages with customers providing them with basic information regarding Pay O Matic bank products and services.
QUALFICATIONS :
- One to two years related experience or equivalent.
- Superb customer service / Communication skills.
- Proficient computer operator.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- flexibility, and a willingness accept change quickly
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
RESPOSIBILITIES :
Applicant, please note that there may be instances where you may be needed for overtime. This position would require someone that has a flexible schedule. If you do not have a flexible schedule, then please do not apply for this position. The shift is not negotiable. In addition, you must be available to work on weekends and holidays.
The pay range for this position is : $16.50 per hour. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the applicable law.
