About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated AI & Automation Associate to join our Product team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven and automation solutions that enhance our payment products and services. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leveraging AI and automation to solve complex problems and create value for users.

As the AI & Automation Associate, you will:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI and automation within our product suite.
• Develop and implement AI models, machine learning algorithms, and automation workflows to improve product efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies relevant to the payments industry.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and inform product development decisions.
• Design, test, and deploy scalable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure AI and automation projects align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models and automation solutions, ensuring they meet quality and reliability standards.
• Document methodologies, processes, and system architectures for internal knowledge sharing and future reference.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation concepts, tools, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, RPA tools).
• Tech stack - Tensorflow, PyTorch, pandas, SQL databases - knowledge of NOSQL is a plus, RPA tools.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI models and automation solutions in a production environment.
• Experience of product development life cycle or closely working with product teams.
• Familiarity with data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
