About the role :
As an Inside Sales Representative at PayCargo, the leading fintech company focused on transforming the logistics industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients. You will use your knowledge of our innovative financial products and services to provide tailored solutions to logistics businesses, helping them streamline their operations, optimize cash flow, and reduce financial risk. This position is ideal for a motivated, results-driven individual with a strong interest in finance and logistics.
As the Inside Sales Representative, you will :
Lead Generation & Qualification :
- Proactively identify new business opportunities in the logistics industry through outbound prospecting, including cold / warm calling, emailing, and networking.
- Qualify inbound leads from various marketing channels, understanding client needs and business pain points.
- Use CRM tools to track and update lead information, ensuring all prospects are managed effectively.
