Payco, the area's premier payroll provider of Human Capital Management solutions is looking for a Part Time "Wrap Up" Specialist. This positions primary role resides in the packaging and shipping of clients payrolls. Schedule : Monday & Tuesday : 8 : 30- 5 : 00, Wednesday 8 : 30-3 : 30, additional hours as needed Pay : $16.00-$17.00 / hour Essential Functions : Daily processing, printing, auditing, packaging and shipping of clients payrollsDaily shipping of company wide correspondence via US Mail, UPS, or courier service.Distribution of outgoing packages to clients who pick up their payroll at Paycos facility.Monitoring of company-wide supplies and preparation of order request form.Support Office Manager on various projects.Assist Tax Department in preparation and shipping of quarterly and year-end reports.Weekly submission of agency checks to appropriate authorities.Assist in answering incoming phone calls during times with heavy call volume.Maintain client database within UPS Woldship software, and track shipments when necessary.Make recommendations for improved efficiency and quality to streamline the wrap-up process.Attend to clients needs while accomplishing other daily tasks and abiding by company policies and procedures while keeping client confidentiality as an utmost concern.Performs any other work related duties as assigned.
