Responsible for quickly answering high volume of incoming phone calls and transferring to the appropriate destination for support. Provides excellent customer service by maintaining professional and clear communication with internal and external customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer high volume of incoming phone calls and determine caller's needs in order route to the appropriate destination
Adhere to all processes and talk tracks
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers
Take messages and document call back requests as needed
Alert leadership of any customer issues or common concerns
Handle difficult external and internal customers effectively and professionally
Perform additional project work as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
Education / Certification :
- High School graduate
