Do you want to develop your skills and learn how to land your dream full-time opportunity in Operations? Paycoms Operations Summer Engagement Program is a developmental program designed to train current students on basic business skills and professional development while providing insight on working at a technology company. This virtual program will take place June 23rd-27th and will be a time commitment of approximately 1-2 hours per weekday. This is an unpaid program and not an employment opportunity with Paycom. You must have resume and transcript to apply.

For those selected, training areas will include:

• Workshops including: Business Communication, Excel, Payroll and Taxes etc..
• Operational and corporate seminars
• Professional development seminars

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters at an accredited university
• Interest and aptitude for opportunities in one or all of the following areas: Customer service, software implementation, client management, payroll and taxes.

The Summer Engagement Program is designed to be a recruitment and engagement strategy for college and university students that are interested in Paycom and are not part of one of our other internship programs. The intent of this program is to educate these students about Paycom, careers in the technology industry, and expand their understanding of potential roles after they graduate.

This program does not perform any work for the benefit of Paycom and is solely intended for educational and recruitment purposes.

We leverage our Applicant Tracking System to collect information from interested students prior to making selections for the program.

Those selected should not be set up as employees and therefore receive no compensation or benefits.
