Paycom Payroll, LLC seeks Sr. Software Engineers in Grapevine, TX.Duties : Expand and develop existing architectural frameworks for Paycom software upon which all existing and future basic software development depends [45%]. Perform basic software development of variety of projects ranging from industry-wide services to client-specific reports resulting in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and other interfacing technologies [15%]. Lead and oversee the work of lower-level technology professionals such as developers and quality assurance [25%]. Organize project efforts with non-technical professionals such as customer support, clients, and vendors on software projects of all sizes [5%]. Adhere to the organizational processes and the tracking of project metrics and project statuses [5%]. Manage project communications with client / vendor, being primary project contact for some projects as needed.
