What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Services Coordinator position at Paycom?
This position supports the entire organization by providing a variety of support services to all employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome all employees, vendors and visitors coming into the building
- Facilitate screening operations of metal detectors and conduct bag inspections
- Ensure security protocols are followed regarding bag check and detector processes
- Facilitate café operations such as set-up, execution, and break-down of catered meals
- Assist with donation of leftover meals to approved charities
- Assist in maintaining the upkeep of breakrooms and cafés
- Assist with soda machine replenishment as needed
- Monitor reception areas as needed when scheduled
- Monitor cafes to ensure catering options are stocked and review badge swipes to ensure accuracy
- Shadow select vendors / contractors when those select vendors / contractors are inside company buildings
- Support the HR team by helping with administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Support the security organization during campus activities such as fire or tornado drills
