JOB TITLE: Account Specialist
DAYS WORKED: Full Time M-F, occasional evening and weekend work may also be required
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to Operations Manager
OBJECTIVE:

What you will do:
- Be the point of contact for all your client’s needs, every situation starts and ends with you.
- Be consultative with your clients.
- Help educate your clients on our products and services.
- Know your client’s needs, they will need all sorts of products, make sure you connect them with the ones that put time back in their day.
- See something? Say Something! Not just at the airport, escalate anything that may cause a disruption to the Operations Manager
- Create raving fans! Our clients love PayDay, you will be why!

Personal Attributes (All the things we find in the best humans we work with):
- Experience in payroll software. Excel skills are awesome!
