Description: Paydayz Staffing is hiring Case Managers for a client in the downtown Oklahoma City area!
The position entails engaging with clients to perform assessments of their current situation to develop a service plan that the manager will assist the client with completing. The position requires the individual to be at least 21, have a valid ID, and a high school diploma or GED. The position starts at $17, per hour. Day shift hours.You MUST have Case Manager Experience!!!!!
- Provide case management services to clients in need, with a focus on child welfare, workforce development, and mentoring.
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized service plans.
- Coordinate and collaborate with community resources and agencies to ensure clients receive necessary support and services.
- Assist clients in accessing healthcare services, including Medicare and other healthcare programs.
- Supervise and monitor client progress, ensuring compliance with program requirements.
- Assist clients in securing safe and affordable housing, including Section 8 housing assistance.
- Support clients in finding suitable childcare options for their families.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients and promote positive change.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
- Knowledge of child welfare systems and regulations.
- Familiarity with workforce development programs and resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and case management software.
